1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the online platform HIRESQUAD LIMITED (“Platform”, “we”, “us”). By registering, accessing, or using our services, users (“you”, “Client” or “Contractor”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Nature of Services
The Platform acts solely as an intermediary between Clients and Contractors. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or payment institution. We do not supervise, direct, or control the work of Contractors.
3. Registration and Accounts
- Users must register with accurate and complete details.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.
- Activities under your account are your responsibility.
4. Payments and Fees
- Client shall remit all payments through the Platform.
- The Platform retains a commission on each transaction, which is automatically deducted before transferring the funds to the Contractors.
- All payments are processed exclusively via licensed third-party providers. The Platform shall not be deemed a payment agent or financial institution under UK law.
- Clients receive electronic invoices and/or Proforma Invoices for the full amount of the services, including the Platform’s commission and the remuneration due to the Contractors. The Platform maintains proper financial records in accordance with applicable law.
5. Liability
- The Platform disclaims all warranties regarding services delivered by Contractors.
- We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses between Clients and Contractors.
- Users release the Platform from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in London, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
