Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning of apartments before scheduled inspections.
Check and improve the overall appearance of living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and other rooms.
Clean floors, furniture, mirrors, windows, and accessible surfaces.
Ensure rooms are organized and all items are placed properly.
Check the condition of household items, furniture, and equipment.
Remove visible traces of use and restore the apartment’s presentation.
Replace necessary supplies or textiles if required.
Report any damages, missing items, or issues identified during inspection preparation.
Ensure the apartment meets company and owner requirements.
