Task Description:
We are looking for a responsible worker to perform cleaning and maintenance of balconies, terraces, and outdoor areas of serviced apartments and hotel properties. The task includes removing dirt, maintaining order, and ensuring these areas are clean and ready for use by guests and residents.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled cleaning of balconies and terraces.
Remove dust, leaves, dirt, and visible debris from outdoor areas.
Clean floors, railings, furniture, and accessible surfaces.
Maintain a neat and organized appearance of balconies and terraces.
Check the condition of outdoor furniture and report any damages or issues.
Remove waste and unnecessary items from assigned areas.
