Task Description:
We are looking for a responsible worker to maintain cleanliness and order in common areas of a residential complex. The task includes regular cleaning and ensuring comfortable and presentable conditions for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled cleaning of common areas in the residential complex.
Maintain cleanliness of entrances, halls, corridors, staircases, and shared spaces.
Clean floors, doors, mirrors, furniture, and accessible surfaces.
Remove waste and maintain proper organization of common areas.
Monitor the condition of frequently used areas and perform additional cleaning when needed.
Ensure common spaces remain clean, safe, and ready for daily use.
Report any damages, maintenance issues, or areas requiring additional attention.
Follow internal cleanliness standards and property requirements.
