We are looking for a responsible worker to perform a full range of maintenance tasks in residential apartments. The task includes maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of apartments to ensure they are comfortable and ready for residents or guests.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of assigned apartments.
Maintain cleanliness of living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and other rooms.
Check the general condition and organization of the apartment.
Replace necessary supplies and textile items when required.
Ensure furniture, surfaces, and household areas are properly maintained.
Prepare apartments for new residents or guests when needed.
Identify and report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues.
Follow company standards for apartment servicing.
